Declan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and has worked in the construction sector for over 20 years. He has managed the completion of many large-scale building projects including residential, commercial and industrial developments. At Vella Homes, Declan is responsible for the newly emerging social & affordable housing division, where the company is working with public bodies to deliver quality social housing and meet the industry demands.
